- We don't store your messages.
- Attachments are removed from the app's local folder as soon as the message is sent.
- Your contacts and the app's technical logs stay on your computer. Logs are kept for 2 months.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's Embedded Signup. You need a Meta Business account and a phone number that is eligible for the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Where does the app run?
On your own computer. OneStop WhatsApp is a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux. Messages are sent from your computer directly to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
Who bills the WhatsApp messaging charges?
Meta. Messaging charges are billed by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account through the payment method you set up with Meta. One Stop charges only for your licence.
Do you store my messages?
No. One Stop does not store your message content. Attachments are deleted from the app's local folder as soon as the message is sent. Your contacts and technical logs stay on your computer.
How do I pay?
Licences are available on monthly or annual plans. You pay One Stop by bank transfer or UPI. Contact us for pricing and payment details.
Are refunds available?
No. Licence fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, your licence stays active until the end of the current period and is not renewed. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
How do I disconnect or delete my data?
Disconnect the app in your Meta Business settings, uninstall the app and delete its local data folder, then email support@onestop.in to ask us to delete the records we hold. Our Data Deletion Instructions page explains each step.
